Objective: - Demonstrate the skill in general writing and also taking downs minutes at a meeting

1. ) Have good hand writing. Be able to write fast in good legible letters

2. Write from memory on a theme given verbally for five minutes.

3. Write a notice convening a meeting (indicating the agenda)and show the ability to write minutes of a meeting correctly
