1. Keep from his own observations a daily record of weather for one month, using Beaufort letters and symbols, including at least four of the following :-
   1. *Wind force and directions*
   2. Weather (using Beaufort letters)
   3. Cloud types and amount
   4. Temperature
   5. Pressure
   6. Rain fall
2. Construct a simple rain gauge and a wind wane and know where to set up these

   instruments to obtain reliable records
3. Be able to name and describe briefly three different ways in which clouds are formed
4. Know at least two natural signs foretelling fine weather and two foretelling bad weather
