1. Be able to identify and recognize from a distance the following varieties of forest trees and know the characteristics of their leaves, flowers and fruits
   1. 10 valuable timber trees
   2. 10 Shade trees
   3. 10 fruit trees
2. Be able to identify in his own locality 3 trees or plants of medicinal value and for what sickness they could be used
3. Be able to climb a tree to a height of 20 feet.
4. Know the parts of a hand axe, and how to sharpen, repair and maintain it.
