Supply the examiner previous to the test with a list of at least 18 books that he has read during the previous 12 months. The list should include some standard literary works, at least one book on the culture, or the history of Sri Lanka or the culture or history of a particular area in Sri Lanka, at least one book on a national heroes of Sri Lanka and also a novel by a foreign author where he could learn about the culture etc. of that country. Discuss with the examiner these books explaining why he selected these books. Answer any questions that the examiner may ask based on the contents of these books 2. Write his own review of a book lent to him by the examiner 3. Explain how he selects which books to read, and understand the facilities which exist in his locality for obtaining books 4.
