Pass or have passed the Oarsman badge 2. Show a knowledge of different types of local craft 3. Be able to identify parts of a rowing boat, motor boat, and a life boat 4. Be able to lead a crew of a boat, and be able to get the boat under way and come along side of another craft or jetty etc.. 5. Be able to anchor correctly and also make fast to a Buoy. 6.
