1. Have an elementary general knowledge of the geography and history of at least ONE foreign country.
2. Have regularly corresponded during the previous twelve months ( social media accepted) with a Scout from another country
3. Have camped out for at least one night, with a Scout from another country or district other than his own.
4. Write a letter to a friend in another country ( social media accepted) in an international language , describing our country. If using social media you should use pictures etc
